If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace a product if it is defective or damaged. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged items.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order before it is shipped out. To cancel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped will be treated as a return, and our standard refund policy will apply.
